Valentine’s Day may be a cheesy Hallmark holiday, especially when you’re single and wishing you weren’t, but these days, I will take any excuse to enjoy a fun celebration in the middle of winter. I’m not a big winter person. There’s very little to look forward to after Christmas and New Year’s, so I always love when Valentine’s Day rolls around and really try to make it a thing. Now that we have little kids, we, admittedly, haven’t done much to celebrate V-Day in the past couple years as a couple, but I want to get back into it. After all, it’s all about the little things in marriage, right? And because I just love all elements of a celebration, I’m going hard on Valentine’s gifts this year. I’ve already ordered some cute Valentine’s Day gifts that I’m excited to give Andrew. But you know, husbands need help (lot’s of help for some), so now I’m sharing my favorite Valentine’s Day gift ideas for her, aka Valentine’s gifts I’d like (and really a popst to send to your husbands/significant others/partners) if they’re as clueless as mine (love you honey).
February 14th can be a weird holiday to shop for, but I find little excuses to celebrate your love — and to shower your other half with flowers, jewelry or something fun they’ve been eyeing or didn’t know they always wanted — can do a lot for your relationship. And when you’re a parent of little kids, finding a babysitter on February 14th can be hard, so sometimes a gift is the only way you get to celebrate. Hence, I’m all about embracing Valentine’s Day gifts. I also find that husbands/partners, need help shopping for romantic holidays in particular, so I like to give some hints and one to do that is to share a link to this blog post with Valentine’s Day gift ideas for her (hint, hint). With that said, there’s also no better time to treat yourself, and I just might shop for myself from this list. If you or your husband are looking for some help, here are my favorite Valentine’s Day gift ideas for her.
