One of my favorite parts of skiing? Apres ski. The cocoa, the cocktails, the chili, and of course, the apres ski outfits. Even if you’re not a big skier, the apres ski experience makes a trip to the mountains worth getting dressed up for. I love that it’s completely acceptable (and one might argue, expected) to wear leggings, boots and cozy sweaters, and big furry jackets — i.e., my favorite winter outfit combination.
As you know, I love to plan out my outfits in advance when packing, especially for a ski vacation, which requires more outfit changes than a regular trip. We’re still hoping to make it to the slopes for the holidays this year, and I plan on bringing a lot of cozy sweaters, snow boots, parkas, and cute knit hats.
If you’re not sure what to wear after you hit the slopes, here’s my guide to what to wear for apres ski. (Plus, check out my favorite apres ski sweater, what I wore on our last ski vacation, and ski trip packing guide here.)
