It’s offically fall and starting to get that fall chill. And that means it’s also officially boots season. I have been getting lots of requests for my picks for fall boots 2024 recently. I know we’re all starting to prep for the cooler temps and times when our ankles can no longer show without causing extreme chill. Plus, fall boots are so much fun. They’re more of an accessory than a necessity, unlike snow boots. I have been starting to stock up on boots for the season and testing out all the latest pairs for you. So I have done lots of research to come up with this selection of the best fall boots 2024.
I wanted to make sure to round up boots for every occasion and style and price point. My selection takes into mind what’s currently trending in the boot department, but I haven’t included anything too trendy. I will occasionally hit up Amazon for a cheapie version of a really trendy shoe, but I am not big on trendy footwear. They have a short lifespan and I like to keep my shoes more classic and timeless investments. With that said, when it comes to boots, you can invest in pairs you’ll wear for years, even decades to come, and still feel current. So that was my focus when weeding through all the options. Boots have to be comfortable in my opinion so that was the top criteria, followed by quality and last will they make your wardrobe feel current but still be something you’ll want to wear next season and the year after that. I also kept the list small — just the boots you really need. There are a lot that seem similar but the heel or silhouette is slightly different so they work with different pant styles or for different occasions (weekend vs office vs night out).
I think I’ve done a really good job of rounding up the best fall boots 2024, and the best part is, most are at a really good price point. I’m finding that there are so many great options right now that are reasonably priced for boots (and considering inflation and what it’s done to fashion).
