It’s that time of the season when everything goes on sale. If I leave you with anything from reading this blog, let it be this: Never buy anything full price. Seriously. I almost never buy anything full price because absolutely everything goes on sale these days. I consider full price a teaser, preview, because with the way fashion schedules go these days by the time you’re really into that season, the clothes are on sale and they’re already showing things for the next season. Take advantage and wait to buy clothes for your kids until the season starts. I know it can be hard because you want to be all set for summer camp or school, but honestly, the first few weeks of summer are usually chilly and the first weeks of fall are usually hot, so you don’t start wearing the next season’s clothes until right around the time they all go on sale. It’s the smartest thing I’ve done with my kids because they grow so fast and go through clothes quite quickly too, and honestly, I do it for myself now too. I am also a huge fan of buying clothes for the next year at the end of the season when things are severely discounted, and it’s always gotten me the cutest keep-forever pieces like gorgeous coats, cashmere sweaters, timeless boots, you get my drift. But let’s focus on summer and the best of the kids summer clothes sales 2022 because there are a lot of them going on right now and so much cute stuff.
