Merry merry Christmas 2022 fam! We’re celebrating Christmas this year in Park City for our annual holiday trip. We are so grateful to be here as a family of five for the first time — Brooks’ first trip to the mountains! We can’t wait to have our first Christmas with Brooks and to introduce him to our favorite place (for those of you who are newer here, we got married in Utah and come out here every year with Andrew’s family). We are gearing up to open presents and maybe play in the snow for a bit before celebrating Christmas with friends and family. There’s nothing I love more than Christmas, so I’m excited to relish this day with our friends and family, and really the whole rest of this year while we’re away. But before we kick off the celebration, I wanted to wish you and your families and very Merry Christmas.
I am so grateful for all of you and that you support me and help me to grow this little corner of the Internet, fueled by my passion for making getting dressed easier, sharing my favorite shopping finds, steals and deals, as well as my passion for interior design (and attempt at decorating and DIY-ing our home), and my journey into motherhood and balancing work, a career, kids, and everything else. I love having an outlet for the things that I don’t necessarily get to cover during my day job, and to have a place to continue to write and create and to express myself. It’s such a gift and I don’t take it for granted. The fact that anyone reads this little blog of mine blows my mind, and I’m so excited for all we have planned for the New Year and our big goals to make Closetful of Clothes even bigger in 2023.
But first, I’m taking some time off to be with my family and enjoy these fleeting moments in a magical place that for us is a second home. If things are a bit slower around here, know that I will be back in full swing after taking a little time off, but I have lots of great content in the archives for you to scroll through in the meantime. And please follow me along on Instagram and TikTok, where I’ll be trying to share more of our trip in real time.
Merry Christmas 2022! Wishing you a magical day and holiday and hoping you all get some time to rest, relax and reset before the New Year.
