God, this was a loooonnng week. Does anyone else feel the same way, or is it just me? I think coming off the Easter festivities and then the return of winter-like weather and so much craziness at work just took its toll on me. I am exhausted. I started off the week though dressing for spring, and then ended it bundled for winter, as happens when the universe has ordered you to eternal winter damnation. So you’ll see a mix of outfits and seasons really in my roundup of what I wore the first week of April 2018.
Despite the cold weather, I still managed to squeeze in a few new spring/transitional pieces, because honestly, I can’t do another day of sweaters and boots and heavy coats. But it’s sort of looking like that may be what’s coming. So I took advantage and whipped out my favorite splurge statement coat, because why the hell, not? If it’s gonna be 30 degrees in April, I’m gonna wear a fabulous fur coat. Seasons be damned. Or at least that’s what it feels like Mother Nature has decided here on the East coast. As you’ll see, I pretty much wore the same pair of jeans all week because I’m totally obsessed. Here’s what I wore the first week of April 2018.
