Well, we are firmly into the fourth week of February and unfortunately, it hasn’t been a straight shot to spring as hoped when Groundhog Phil didn’t see his shadow. There’s been a lot of snow and cold here actually. But it’s slowly staying lighter out longer, the sun has been shining, and I think the hardest part of winter is mostly over. I am starting to slowly transition my wardrobe to spring, and by that, I mean incorporate a few spring items into my winter layers whenever I can, as you’ll see from my roundup of what I wore the fourth week of February 2024. I’m sort of done shopping for winter except for the occasional great deal on sweaters, coats, and boots. I find this is a great time to stock up on winter basics for the next year and rest of this winter, so I always jump on a great sale find.
Coming off a vacation week, it was hard to get back into the swing of things, but business is so busy and I have so many exciting things coming down the pipeline that I didn’t have much choice. It’s all exciting stuff, and makes me excited to get out of bed, but I’m definitely still feeling like life is going a million miles per hour. This weekend we’re keeping it low-key. Well, if by low-key I mean hockey and swim and birthday parties but not much outside the kids, and I’m okay with that. I have so much to catch up on and get ahead on work-wise, I can use those evenings to get some work done while watching our favorite shows, evenings I actually love. Now it’s time to kick off the weekend, but first, here’s what I wore the fourth week of February 2024.
