it’s totally feeling like fall and the Gilmore Girls soundtrack is on repeat in my head (anyone else?). I do love this time of year but I also am sad still that summer is over. I feel like fall is just full speed ahead too and I wish the transition was a bit slower. It just feels like one minute it’s carefree summer vacation and the next minute there’s ten million things going on every second of the day for both work and family life and personal. It’s SO much. I just feel like I can barely keep up and then it’ll be the holidays. I keep trying to get ahead on work etc and I can’t. But I keep reminding myself that this is the season of life I’m in. Instead of working overtime to do all the things, I just need to be good at a few. So I’m trying to streamline, not do as much and remember there will be a time for it all. In the meantime, I can enjoy my toddler giggles and baby snuggles because I know how fleeting it is. And if I can keep the balls in the air everywhere else, it’s a win. This column is one of those balls I try to keep in the air because I’ve been doing it for years and was a core part of why I started this, so I’m here with what I wore the second week of September 2025.
It was fashion week so I had some events to attend. I will probably share those pics next week as I haven’t had a chance to edit. I’m so behind with all the late nights and events but all felt well worth it — like great networking opps and fun to connect with colleagues too. But I’m tired now and ready to relax a bit this weekend and maybe hang out in sweats. But first, here’s what I wore the second week of September 2025.
