I’m finally shopping for spring and I couldn’t be more excited. There are so many cute things in stores now that I can’t wait to wear. Actually, it was really hard to narrow down my April 2019 wish list, but I am trying to stick with things that I can wear now (as much as I’m tempted to buy all the beach dresses). I am loving florals right now (it is spring after all) but in a variety of color ways and styles, from pretty dresses to printed pants to skirts and blouses. I also have my eye on a non-floral spring dress that has a cool pattern and would be so great to wear from work to even a rehearsal dinner or dinner date. You’ll see a lot of my wish list this month consists of dresses that can be worn to the office. I am looking to refresh my work wardrobe now that I’m back in the office and excited to lighten it up for spring. I also chose a cute pair of heels that would work for the office but also can go for a night out or party.
I do have some dressier sandals on my wish list too as the party invitations start to roll in and Easter comes around the corner. I love a neutral sandal with a heel that can be walked in to pair with spring dresses. I am also looking to update my bags this spring. I need a new work tote for my new commute that can fit my laptop, breast pump, you name it, and found a great one I love. I also have my eye on a new crossbody that I can wear when out without the kids but also for running around after James when I don’t want to bring a big tote or diaper bag. It is still a bit chilly so I’m looking to long sleeve blouses in pretty patterns to pair with jeans for nights out and casual days at the office as well as a bright sweater to wear on the days when it’s still pretty chilly or to layer over spring skirts and dresses. And finally, I want these adorable Tory Burch leggings that I can’t stop thinking about because I”m still living in leggings on weekends.
Here’s everything on my April 2019 wish list.
