I don’t know about you, but Thanksgiving really snuck up on me this year. I can’t believe it’s coming down the pipeline already. Luckily, there’s just enough time to order cute Thanksgiving outfits for kids (and check out my guide for what to wear to Thanksgiving dinner and Thanksgiving dresses if you’re wondering what to wear yourself). I know in some ways it feels like we’re barely into fall, but I like to order holiday outfits in advance, particularly Thanksgiving outfits for kids because they tend to sell out fast. It’s just such a niche market/item. So I thought I’d share my favorite Thanksgiving outfits for kids now so there’s plenty of time to shop if you’re planning to invest in any special fits for the kiddos. I tried to include a mix of clothes that really nod to the holiday and items that will take them through fall and beyond, depending on what you’re looking for this year.
I love dressing the kids up for holidays — even though it’s not practical, I tend to invest in cute rompers and dresses that they’ll probably only get to wear once or twice, but they’re worth the pics and i plan to hold onto them for prosperity (and of course for littler and future siblings). Alas, I think James is too big for a smocked romper at this point, and I should probably go with a nice shirt and sweater and pants for him instead, but Brooks will definitely be going the romper route at least for another year. Charlotte, of course, will be in a dress because that is all she will wear right now, and Grace is probably too little for anything else but a pretty onesie. Regardless, finding cute clothes for kids, especially boys, can be hard (check out my favorite stores to shop for boys here) and especially for the holidays, so here are my favorite Thanksgiving outfits for kids.
