What I Wore This Week (No. 188) – Closetful of Clothes

Hello loves! I don’t usually say things like that but it’s almost Valentine’s Day, so I suppose I am feeling the love lol. We’ve even got family matching Valentines pajamas because yes, we’re that family. I am actually excited for V-day. I have always felt, single or not, it’s a cheesy hallmark holiday. But I lovoe any excuse to celebrate and we have a sitter by some miracle so Andrew and I get to have a date night, which is a rarity these days despite my New Year’s resolutions. I also love all the holidays now that I have kids. They get so excited for them and it’s fun to have traditions and celebrate and see them all happy and excited. There’s class parties and cookies to decorate and Valentine’s to give and get. It’s cute. But before Valentine’s Day, we have a jam-packed weekend and a roundup of what I wore the first week of February 2024.

This week the weather was … weird. It was cold and then rainy and then cold and almost snowy. Idk what’s going on. I guess it must be… February. It’s like I always forget what the drudges of winter is like .This is one of those weird months where you made it through the hardest part of winter and spring is on the horizon but you’re still not there but so ready to be there. Do you get what I mean? I feel like we get each other on this. Anyway, my outfits reflect busy days of running around. I’m still trying to figure out how to manage launching and running my own business with balancing three kids and all their activities and needs. I’m also trying to find a good childcare solution. I know a lot of us are trying to figure out the childcare puzzle post-pandemic and I find it especially. hard with three kids who have different schedules but we’re moms, we make it work, right? This weekend, we’re skiing and skating and swimming and hockey-ing and even having an adults couples dinner that I’m very much looking forward to. What’s on your agenda?
