Um, how are we already at the end of March? This month FLEW by! After the longest January and February ever, I was so surprised by how fast this month went by actually. It’s crazy. I am ready for spring in its fullest though. April is when it really starts to get warm and the sun is out more and it rains less and really doesn’t snow (well, unless you’re in the mountains), so I’m excited for the start of a new month, but first Easter! Happy Good Friday to all who celebrate. Can you believe Easter is here already too? It was so late last year, it came on really fast this year too. I’m ready for it for sure, but we’ve had a lot of celebrations this month — my birthday, Brooks’ birthday, our ten-year anniversary (today) and now Easter. Oh, and James’ 1/2 birthday, which is apparently a thing, so I am ready for a break from all the party planning and gifting etc. Even St. Patrick’s day was a whole to-do. As you can see from what I wore the fourth week of March 2024, the weather was a mix of cooler temps and warmer days. Dressing in layers and not knowing exactly how to dress for the day is kind of how it goes this time of year.
We are going out to do dinner for our anniversary and then planning a fun trip in a few weeks — hopefully, sans kids. And then it’s time for Easter egg hunts and our actual Easer celebration with family. I am looking forward to it. I love Easter and seeing it through my kids’ eyes. I’m also looking forward to celebrating my anniversary without my kids tonight. But first, here’s what I wore the fourth week of March 2024.
