What I Wore This Week (No. 200) – Closetful of Clothes

We just wrapped Charlotte’s final week of school. How crazy is that? She’s in preschool and it gets out a month before her brother’s school, so if you’re thinking it’s early, it is. Luckily, they offer camp for the next four weeks so she’ll be doing that but it’s a slightly shorter day and a whole lot to pack her for each day. So here we go camp clothes and lunches. Andrew was traveling all week, so I was solo parenting and trying to manage all the class parties and art shows and hockey and lacrosse practices and pop stars and ballet rehearsals. I am getting a small glimpse of what life will be like as they get older and we manage all the activities and it’s scary. But there was a lot to dress for as you’ll see from my round up of what I wore the third week of May 2024.

Really, that’s what Maycember is, right? The spring version of holiday dressing. Every day is a new dress, a new party or event. Showers are necessary and I feel like I’m constantly ordering a new pair of sandals or looking for a dress for something (hence, why I’m sharing so many shopping ideas on IG stories). Now, we’re off to a weekend at an indoor water park. Yep, you read that right. Tbh, I’m both excited and slightly dreading as indoor water anything isn’t my thing, but we’re surprising the kids and they are going to die, and I’ve heard so many great things about this resort for families that I can’t wait. Here’s what I wore the third week of May 2024.
