I should say what I wore for the final days of 2017’s extended summer because winter just hit us like a ton of cold, ice chilling bricks after what felt like the warmest fall ever. I”m not complaining. I loved the warm weather and will take it. Winter is long and it’s great to have sunny, warm days when you live in the city and have a little one, but still, I wasn’t prepared for the cold and still was channeling early fall as you’ll see in my roundup of what I wore the second week of November 2017.
I was all about the dresses this week, getting them in with bare legs while I still could. And I’m glad I did, because I think we’re finally hitting tights season. I really leaned into printed dresses this week. They always make me feel pretty and dressed up and you just throw on some neutral accessories and you’re good to go. It’s easy dressing but it doesn’t look easy, which I love. I don’t know about you, but I could do another month of warm weather. Don’t think we’ll get that lucky but boy would it be nice.
Here’s what I wore the second week of November 2017.

Look 1: Tory Burch Dress; Black Ankle Boots
Look 2: Shoshanna Dress; Suede Ankle Boots
Look 3: Old Tory Burch Dress (similar here); Leather Jacket; Black Block Heel Pumps
