It’s time to deck the halls! For those of you who didn’t jump the gun and buy a tree right after Halloween, you might be heading to the Christmas tree farm this weekend (or to your local Walmart, no judgement here). I always find that anything holiday-related becomes one of those memory-making situations that you want to capture with a photo. Yes, it’s totally the mom in me, but the holidays are so special and seeing the magic through my kids eyes is always so much fun. So I love capturing the photos and vids that I know one day I’ll treasure, and of course, I love to share them all with you on the ‘gram and here. But that means that if you want to be in the photo or not be appalled when you accidentally make it into the video, you want to figure out what to wear to get your Christmas tree.
You definitely do not need to dress up to visit the Christmas tree farm. But it is a great setting for some photo opps and there is a chance you’ll run into people you know, because isn’t that always the case? Feel free to wear leggings and sweats or your Christmas pajamas as some influencers I’ve noticed have done to snap the pics there in matching jammies. You can also do a cute sweater and jeans. The key is to wear sturdy footwear you don’t mind getting dirty and warm layers because it always takes longer than you think and it’s getting chilly out there. If you’re going to get your tree this weekend, here are ideas for what to wear to get your Christmas tree.
