If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you know I’m a huge fan of Dorsey jewelry. I love the company, I love the founder, and I love the jewelry. If you’re unfamiliar with Dorsey, they create lab grown diamonds and gem stones that rival mined ones imo. They’re creating everything form tennis necklaces to gorgeous cocktail rings and earrings at a great price point and bringing back these pieces that many of our moms and grandmas wore in a cool way. The founder has the coolest style, so it’s no surprise that she’s singled handedly brought back the cocktail ring and tennis necklace and made them cool for everyday. I have their tennis necklace, and I recently got a pair of their sapphire and diamond studs. They’re gorgeous and I’ve gotten so many questions about them that I thought I’d put together a Dorsey earrings review, since you guys said the tennis necklace review was so helpful. I’ll try to answer the most popular questions I’m getting about them but let me know if there’s anything I miss.
Which Dorsey Earrings Do You Have?
I have the Spencer sapphire and diamond studs. They also have a similar style in a ruby and emerald.
How Much Do They Cost?
My earrings are $425, and they offer other gem stones and styles in the $295-$395 range as well.
Do They Look Like Real Sapphires and Diamonds?
This was the most common question I’ve gotten, so wanted to include in my Dorsey earrings review. In a word, yes. They are technically real I would say but they’re lab grown versus mined. This allows Dorsey to offer the earrings at a lower price point. I have a diamond and sapphire engagement ring and anniversary band so I love the stones and feel really impressed with the quality of these. They have a beautiful sparkle.

Are They Heavy?
They’re not heavy but they don’t feel cheap either if that makes sense. But they’re definitely light enough that you can wear every day and not feel bothered.
Do You Wear Them Every Day or Only Special Occasions?
I’m including this in my Dorsey earrings review, because I think we often think that everyday earrings are more like diamond studs or non-gem stone earrings. I initially bought these for special occasions but I love them so much I wear them every day. I like that they add a bit of sparkle to my look without feeling over the top and I love the combo of sapphires and diamonds so much. I am also at a point in my life where I’m like why save your favorite pieces for special occasions? They’re also a great price point so I don’t feel as precious about them so I actually wear them.
Would They Make a Good Gift?
Yes, the earrings the perfect holiday gift. They also make a great birthday gift, anniversary gift, or Mother’s Day gift, or even a push present if you do that.
And Dorsey earrings review. Let me know if I forgot to mention anything or you have any other questions.
