Okay, I was really trying to hold off on shopping for fall clothes. I am in complete denial that summer is almost over, so there’s that. But I also hate buying fall clothes now because realistically it’s not going to be sweater and boots weather until October. September has been so hot historically and so I’m still in sundresses and sandals. With that said, I feel awkward wearing a super summery dress and sandals after Labor Day, so this year, I’m starting to stock up on a few transitional pieces that I can wear for end of summer and early fall and beyond. I like to gather all my wish list items in one place to help me shop smarter, and I’ve gotten tons of requests for fall clothes, so I thought I’d share my fall shopping list 2023.
I will say that I’m not buying everything on my list right now. I’m going to hold off and buy some things later in the season, because everything will go on sale (I’m currently taking advantage of end-of-summer sales) and I want to see what I’m feeling and need as the weather turns and I see what my schedule requires etc. With that said, I do want to scoop up some things that will sell out and to help me start transitioning for the season, so I’ll probably buy some of the things on my fall shopping list 2023 now and then some later.
