Pair them with more tailored bottoms: They work with leggings, jeans, dresses you name it. But since they tend to be more of a full silhouette, balance with more fitted bottoms.
Or try them with a breezy dress: The caveat here is a blanket coat and a fall maxi dress can look amazing together and really channel that fall vibe.
Make it your outfit hero: Even in neutrals, a blanket coat is a statement piece, so make it the shining star of your outfit and keep the rest a bit more pared down or if you’re wearing patterns, make them color coordinate.
