It’s actually getting chilly outside and feeling like fall finally, so I got to whip out some cozy sweaters this week. I had one of those super stressful, high on adrenaline all week kind of weeks. There were a lot of changes at work, milestones on the homefront, and just one of those jam-packed weeks where you blink and it’s Friday but it also felt like the longest week ever. Does that make sense? I feel like you guys get where I’m coming from. I also had some events this week and some big news on the work front, so I made a few purchases to celebrate, which I can’t wait to share with you. But for now, I’m rounding up what I wore the third week of October 2018.
I leaned into pretty fall prints and colors this week. I know there’s a limited time where I can wear them before it’s coat and boots season and everything gets hidden. I love this cool but not super cold weather. It’s the perfect excuse for a long dress or cozy layers. I wore some of my favorite skirts and dresses this week — a true mix of prints and styles but I’m feeling like exploring and not being boxed into one style if that makes sense. Sometimes I want to wear a leather jacket, sometimes an oversized cozy sweater and a mini, and sometimes a long midi dress. I’m a complicated dresser I guess. I surely have style icons, but I just sort of feel like my style is all over the place lately, and I’m not mad about it. I’m just having fun. Anyway, happy weekend! Enjoy! Here’s what I wore the third week of October 2018.
