Ski season is officially here and in full swing, and I know a lot of you have upcoming ski vacations and weekends planned. I recently shared some cute ski outfits for the kiddos and started getting an influx of requests for cute ski clothes for women. It’s actually perfect timing because ski season will be here before we know it, and retailers do not make tons of ski gear so it sells out fast. They’re expensive to produce and it’s a niche market, so this is a wardrobe item that I buy early and usually full price (though sometimes you can find great deals around Black Friday and end of season of course). I am now part of a skiing family and they take skiing very seriously, so I am serious about my ski clothes and gear. I of course want to look chic on the mountain (I can’t help it, the fashion editor in me), but I also want to be warm and dry. If I’m uncomfortable or cold, I will go in for the day and that means missing out on the fun. We booked all our ski lessons and lift tickets months ago if you can believe it and now it’s time to gear up for the season.
So many of you are looking for cute ski clothes for women and I’m here to help. Everything I’ve selected will keep you warm and dry and you can actually ski in but you’ll also look good making those turns down the mountain and into apres ski. I have a whole ski vacation packing list here that’s helpful as well because there’s definitely a lot that goes into packing for this kind of trip. And if you’re bringing the little ones on the slopes, check out my toddler ski gear guide.
