We are heading into Thanksgiving week — can you believe it? And then Christmas will be here before we know it. And then it’s 2025. WHAT?! That reminds me, I have to book Spring Break omg. I don’t know about you but I’m feeling busy and overwhelmed and my to-do list is endless. I’m trying to just prioritize what I can and accept that this won’t be the year I accomplish all I want to professionally or personally and that’s okay. Next year I can host the gingerbread house party and cookie and cocktails. Next year or when I no longer have a toddler I can decorate to the nines. Next year we can go to more holiday parties and events. This year it’s about kids and getting as much as I can done workwise to get us through the year. That means a lot of working from home but also running around to events with the kids like the Nutcracker and doing things like looking at Christmas lights and the holiday stroll with the kids. So my outfits are a mix of casual wfh and mom life and festive and fancy as you’ll see in my roundup of what I wore the third week of November 2024.
I am starting to dress for the holidays because even though I’m trying not to say yes to every invitation that comes my way, it’s hard not to say yes to some. And well, I want to. I’m ready to see friends and be mildly social, ya know? As long as I can be in bed by 10pm (I’m so fun). So you’ll get some holiday party inspo here as well as some good casual everyday outfit ideas. Here’s what I wore the third week of November 2024.
