What to Wear in Nantucket – Closetful of Clothes

I just got back from an amazing week in Nantucket. It was an influencer and brand trip put together by Tastemaker Travels and I had the most amazing time. I’m going to put together a recap of where to stay and eat and shop and all that but in the meantime, I wanted to share what I wore for a week in Nantucket, because I know a lot of you are starting to shop and pack for your own vacations. Whether you’re headed to Nantucket (or Cape or VIneyard or Maine) or somewhere else, these vacation outfits would be perfect for any summer trip. These would also make great Memorial Day outfits and really Fourth of July outfits as well — as you’ll see I really leaned into the coastal vibe of Nantucket. I was lucky enough to be on an influencer trip (my first and can’t say enough good things about everyone on the trip), so there were lots of dinners and lunches and events to dress for and some of my favorite brands were part of the trip, so I got to wear everything from my fave Dudley Stephens to Tuckernuck dresses. And it was fun seeing what everyone picked from these brands too. Everyone had great style. Needless to say, I have some great inspiration for what to wear in Nantucket from my week there and just in time for the summer season.

It was an early May trip, so I packed in layers, but honestly, I’d probably bring the same if it were July too. Islands like Nantucket are amazing because you get those warm, sunny days for the beach and boating and then cooler mornings and evenings, similar to what we had. I did a little more bundling but I also leaned into the experience and froze a bit en route to some of the events. But there were heaters and a lot inside so it wasn’t too bad. So if you’re gearing up for a trip, I put together some ideas and inspiration for what to wear in Nantucket.
