I am not going to lie, I spent a lot of time in shorts and t-shirts this week too. But I also had many zoom meetings and panels, a few outings, and well, it was beautiful and I wanted to…
What I Wore This Week (No. 56)
It’s hard to find words to sum up these past couple of weeks, but I’ll use my roundup of what I wore the second week of June 2020 to do just that. Because I feel like my wardrobe is such…
What I Wore This Week (No. 55)
Well, here we are in May, riding right into summer already. It’s still chilly but when the sun is out, it’s warm. We’re spending as much time outside as we can, still feeling pretty isolated but enjoying the fresh air…
What I Wore This Week (No. 54)
I’m honestly surprised I made it to Friday. I don’t know if it’s all the months of not sleeping and all the chaos of our lives recently catching up with me or just the realities of being a working mom,…
What I Wore This Week (No. 49): Holiday Party Edition 2
From a holiday party with the kids to a Christmas cocktail party and my office holiday party, here’s what I wore this week.
What I Wore This Week (No. 48): Holiday Edition
The holiday parties have already begun! Since we’re still (yes STILL) living out of boxes and waiting to move into our new home, I have been wavering between workout clothes and party clothes for the first few holiday events we’ve…
What I Wore This Week (No. 47)
This week was a doozy. It was a short week, although I’m on mat leave and we’re moving in two weeks, so short weeks aren’t the usual reprieve. But we spent a long weekend at the lake with family, so…
What I Wore This Week (No. 41)
This has been a WEEK. I kicked it off trying to work and watch James while our nanny was unexpectedly out and followed it up with recording a podcast (which I can’t wait to share with you), a zillion meetings,…
What I Wore This Week (No. 40)
I know I’ve been so bad about posting my weekly outfits. Part of it was that I wasn’t ready to reveal our pregnancy so I was basically just hiding under big sweaters. And part of it is that things have…
What I Wore on Our Trip to Florida
We went to Florida for a long weekend to see family and unsuccessfully escape the polar vortex. Sadly, we arrived just in time for rain and it only cleared up as we left. So I packed a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, because it turned out to be cold and rainy, and my dreams of shooting great beach getaway content for you were squashed. However, the sun did come out for long enough that I was able to wear some of my favorite new beach dresses and snap a few pics. Even though it wasn’t the most photo-worthy trip, we had fun spending time with James and it was kind of nice not having to worry about looking cute for pics or dressing cute (it was basically just bundle up with whatever warm clothes we brought for the first two days). Still, I got to squeeze in some cute looks that I definitely recommend if you’re heading somewhere warm sometime soon.
What I Wore This Week (No. 39)
This has been the longest week ever. Did I mention it’s my birthday week? I love birthdays (mine is March 15) and normally I do something dramatic like draw it out over the entire week and dub it “birthday week”…
What I Wore This Week (No. 38)
What a week! I kind of can’t believe I survived. In every which way it was completely crazy. I know I say this all. the. time, but I am so over winter. I don’t know how much longer I can deal with the cold. I wasn’t even excited for our first real snow of the winter on Monday. Hence, I’m getting a bit lazy with my outfits, but I can’t help it! I’m feeling totally uninspired by this weather, but since it shows no sign of letting up, I’m trying to find ways to add a little spring to my winter layers. Here’s what I wore this week.
